Craig D. Davis
Craig D. Davis was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995. Mr. Davis graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1995 and a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing from Baylor University in 1991. Mr. Davis joined the law firm in 1996 and has been a general practitioner in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex utilizing his education and experience assisting in various areas of law. Mr. Davis has primarily focused on the bankruptcy practice of the law firm, in both consumer and business bankruptcy law and criminal defense.
Mr. Davis’s experience and knowledge enabled him to become one of the only bankruptcy attorneys in the Northern District of Texas who successfully argued and won a case before a six- panel judge en banc hearing before the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Davis is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as well as the local Debtors Bar Association.
